Analyze your bill

This is not a marketing permission: it confirms that we have informed you. We analyse your bill as a step prior to a possible contract, because you asked us to (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The document is read on our behalf by one of the three artificial intelligence providers we work with — Anthropic, Google or OpenAI, all three in the United States — with the contractual safeguards European law requires in order to transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Your bill is read by one of them only: the others are the backup in case that reading fails, and none of them uses your data to train their models. The savings calculation is done entirely in our systems: no third party receives your data to compare it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

With your permission, those two data —and only those— are disclosed to one of the retailers we work with so that your grid operator can confirm the supply is yours and we can fetch your consumption. Needed to deliver what you asked for: your proposal, questions about it, a notice if it expires or a request for missing details. We will use the email and, if needed, the phone number you gave us. It does not include selling you anything: that's what the box below is for, which is free to leave unchecked and doesn't change your analysis.

Optional and independent. If you leave it unchecked, your free analysis stays exactly the same and we won't call you to sell you anything. Checking it means expressly asking us to call you, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Since you haven't left us a bill, a short call sometimes clears up in two minutes what takes longer in writing. If you'd rather not, we'll send everything by email.

We send ONLY your CUPS and your document number to one of the retailers we work with, which asks your grid operator a single question: whether that document is registered as the holder of that supply point. It answers yes or no. With a yes, we fetch your real consumption and capacity and the comparison comes out exact without you typing anything. If you leave this unticked, or if the answer is no, we calculate from what you tell us and we show you no data about the supply point. We do not switch or change anything in your contract.

When you upload your ID at contracting time, we read it to propose your first name, surnames and document number already filled in, and to warn you if the document has expired. You confirm or correct: nothing is saved without your review. The reading is done by one of the same providers that read the bill (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI), with the same safeguards. If you'd rather not, we send your document to no one: you type it in and contract just the same.
