How we handle your data

Controller

NM Servicios Inmobiliarios 2026, S.L. (luzgasia)

What for

To assess your application, manage your partner account, attribute the sign-ups you bring in and pay your commission.

Legal basis

Assessing your application is a step prior to entering into the partnership agreement you are asking us for, and managing your account and paying you fall within the performance of that agreement (art. 6.1.b GDPR). We process your tax details (your NIF and the IRPF withholding we apply to you and report) to comply with our tax obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

What we store

Your name, your email, your phone number, your password (stored in a way nobody can read), the IP address you register and log in from, your professional profile (what you tell us when you sign up), your DNI or NIE, the proof of your business activity and your declaration (to verify your account) and, when you provide them, your payout details: your IBAN, who its holder is (self-employed or company), your NIF, NIE or CIF and your IRPF withholding (the IBAN and the NIF, always encrypted).

For how long

While your account is active. When you close it we delete your personal data and keep the commission history without that data, because we are required to retain it. The only exception is what we have already paid you: your name, your NIF, the amounts and the withholding applied are kept blocked, solely so that we can respond to the Spanish Tax Agency and until our tax obligations on those payments become time-barred (four years from the end of the period for reporting them); after that, we delete your name, your NIF and the withholding.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You can request account closure from your own dashboard, without writing to anyone.

You have the full details in our privacy policy.
